Since I run, I can pretty much eat whatever I want. But I try to avoid too many sweets.

erm, right now, no

i am fat, big, pregnant and not really giving a shit about how i look ( plus, i am not bigger than a NOW jennifer garner and i am giving birth within 2 days  Grin)

Usually ? i go from + 8 kilos to - 8 kilos..

Sometimes...  But 99% I have to eat more!!!  Because I used to be on "bulemia/Anorexia watch" or somthing everyone makes me eat!!!! haha

Well last few months Ive stopped drinking all pop and sugary juices and strictly drink water, but other than that not especially.

Im not eating as much sweets as I used to am am finding myself making a new type of pita or pasta dish everyday instead of going to the quickest microwavable meal.

More protein and more iron is where im at!

Usually I do and not just because of figure/weight issues.  I feel 100% better if I'm excerising and eating well.  I just drag if I've been eating a bunch of crap.  Like I was just at Disneyland and all I ate was crap.  By the time I got home I was desperate for some vegetables, or a salad or something.

ive started to. in my family fast metabolism dont run at all. it makes me sad to see people that each as much as i do, if not more yet they're so thin. Makes me really sad.

Thank god for my metabolism, I put little/no effort in watching what I eat and weigh 190lbs at 6'2" and in my early 30's.

People with high metabolisms have a harder time putting on muscle. They have to eat a lot, and the stomach can only hold so much.

"Toned" makes you sound like a bodybuilder. I'm talking about powerlifters. Of course, the two can work together sometimes, but most people lean towards one or the other.

Don't forget Jim Fixx now....

He had that entire chapter on how great it was to be a runner. He talked at great length about his love of icecream, hamburgers, french fries and so on. Only to die a few years later of a heart attack. In all fairness he had a genetic heart disease that was quite advanced. But he didn't keep on it because he figured his running knocked it out.

I'm not implying you eat like this by any means, just a friendly reminder to still check your cholesterol level if you are a thin "in shape" guy.

 Grin

Right now I have been eating anything I want. I have been working almost everyday for the last month and just started to junk out.

Next week I will be done with my project and then I will return to the gym and exercise. I've gained about 8 pounds this month. Oh well, not that big of a deal.

The older I get, the more I have to be careful.  I used to eat anything that I wanted, but now I eat a lot more salads...
