My main purpose in posting this thread is to ask those of you interested (SLC, thats your cue) to donate a few dollars to Jack Carters 2006 Senate campaign.  Hell be facing incumbent senator John Ensign, and hell need all the help he can get.

But if most of you dont find that thread-worthy enough, feel free to make it a general Senate speculation thread...

Due to popular demand, Im bringing this thread back.

Not Senate-related but I urge some folks here (SLC!) to throw a few dollars to Nick Lampson, Tom DeLays opponent for TX-22 next year, and/or sign up at Russ Feingolds PAC (it takes 5 seconds) and vote for Lampson, so hopefully hell win a $5,000 donation.? Tom DeLay is vulnerable right now, with a 52% disapproval rating and 49% of his district saying theyd vote for a Democratic challenger - and thats before the trial.? Lampson can really use the help, and a Tom DeLay defeat next year would be truly wonderful, so help it happen.  ok
