oh fuck yeah

Oct 26th in Atlanta, got my tix already im in about mid arena first row right beside the stage.

I don't like the floor, My Girlfriend and I are a bit vertically challenged and can't always see well with tons of tall fucks in front of us.

so i like getting close mid to lower arena seats so u can see great and not worry bout having your view blocked. plus i got 2 seats for under 100 bucks.. cost me 95 dollars

I thought of getting a 300 dollar package ticket but decided not to.

I am in the Kiss Army also

I would've loved to have done the Meet And Greet

wonder what that is like?

I now love every song on this album cept for maybe All For The Glory

When Lightning Strikes is awesome

Right now my favorites are

Russian Roulette, Say Yeah,I Am An Animal, When Lightning Strikes,

Those are the 4 I find myself immediately going to.

mine are basically all the gene songs.
Yes I know (Nobody's Perfect)
Russian Roulette
Hot and Cold
I'm an Animal

and then I like when lighting strikes alot too...which is surprising because I've never been a thayer fan but his vocals are great on it and it's just a cool song overall.
great album.

yep, sounds like he had paul behind him saying "that was great tommy...but do it again and this time make it even more like Ace."
what do you expect, he grew up idolizing ace, and his influences show very much so.

An interview with Gene Simmons.

Kiss still rocking after 35 years

14 October 2009

Simmons has some harsh words for the music critics.

"We own some very big houses that critics have bought us with their bad reviews," he says.

"Critics are an unnecessary life form. There's a large Kiss cemetery at the back of our houses where we bury them."

Only 2 more weeks to go till I see them in Atlanta. I hear the stage and the show is just massive.

I've avoided all spoilers and haven't watched any performances on youtube cause i want to be surprised with the setlist.

ACE WOULD JOIN KISS FOR ROCK HALL

Ace Frehley, who has released his new album Anomaly, said that he would be glad to attend the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame ceremony with his old Kiss mates should they get in.

Holy Shit what  a fucking show

The bombs, smoke, fire.... Jesus I was deaf and loved it

Highlight of the night was Kiss playing "Say Yeah" from Sonic BOom which is my current favorite song on that album. paul's voice was a little off but who cares, it still kicked ass.

Rest of the concert was amazing. Tommy thayer really feels Ace's boots nicely. His guitar solo with the fireworks coming out of his guitar was just fucking insane. I read no spoilers or reviews going in, so i didn't know what to expect.

I must say, Eric Singer is one of the best drummers in rock. His solo was just off the charts. I looked at my girlfriend and said "Fuck Tommy Lee" Drum solos usually drive me nuts but his was awesome.

Paul, great frontman and so underrated. Just chatty and the way he'd get the crowd going was awesome.

I bought a USB Flash drive wrist band of the show for 30 bucks afterwords. what a great idea that was. Had to come from Gene.

so if anybody wants to hear something from the Atlanta show, let me know and I'll upload it.

I love it loud was one of the highlights when Gene spits the blood and goes to the rafters. The sing along was deafening to that.

Only bummer was not hearing I Still Love You but i figure hearing Say Yeah was worth it.

Another one I was hoping to hear

Man they really didn't play a lot of my favorites. No Do you Love me, I was Made For Loving You, God of Thunder,Heaven's On Fire, nothing to lose, cold Gin, I Want You or Firehouse

Setlist was:
Deuce
Strutter
Let Me Go Rock N Roll
Hotter Than Hell
Shock Me
Modern Day Delilah
Say Yeah
Calling DR Love
She
Parasite

Rest of the order I don't remember exact but they played

I Love It Loud
100,000 Years which seems like it takes 100,000 years to finish
Black Diamond
Rock N Roll All Nite
Shout it out Loud
Lick It Up
Love Gun
Detroit Rock City

Cant remember any others, I think that was it of course the drum and guitar solo spots

haha you can go to every KISS show they do untill the time they hang 'em up and you will NEVER hear I Still Love You. Good song, even though it had no place being on Creatures. Unplugged is probably the best version.

Actually the best version I've heard is on Paul STanley's solo "One Live Kiss"

Fucking phenomenal the way he sings it there.

Order was right on the setlist except 100,000 years was before I Love It Loud
