The guys on the velvet revolver board have it, but i don't know how to get it over there.  It wanted me to download some language script or something and I didn't trust it.  Its under Slash, not VR news.  See if someone can get it from there and put it on here.

I present to you......Slash at the UK Music Hall Of Fame 2005!

First video is Slash talking about Hendrix: http://z28.zupload.com/download.php?file=getfile&filepath=9998

Second video is Slash performing a blinding version of Hey Joe: http://z28.zupload.com/download.php?file=getfile&filepath=10011

Videos require DivX codec and should be viewed in 16:9 widescreen (use something like PowerDVD to stretch the image)

Enjoy!

Edit: Server is seems to be quite slow but be patient, the videos are well worth the wait.

Finally saw it.? It's awesome!? Was the very end of the solo cut a little short on anyone else's?? Just curious, still awesome though.

To second what Jarmo said, that could be Slash's best moment post GNR.

Yea notice you can see Brian May in the front row applauding near the end of the solo. I was wondering who the other people are in the 'supergroup'?

Steve Winwood sang. He's great and was flawless on Hey Joe!

mitch mitchell - Jimi's drummer, one of the greatest drummers of all-time, arguably the best along with Bonham & Moon.

Billy Cox - Jimi's replacement drummer

not too shabby lineup! ok

Finally got to see the video....

drool....If ever there was a visual that captures the essence of the term "rock star" it is Slash. Still looks badass after all these years, and can play like a mother to boot.

What a damn shame he and Axl couldn't patch things up. Seeing him up there on stage like that playing so brilliantly depresses me sometimes. To think of what they could have done together..... no

Is this the "Bring me a higher love" guy?  Grin    Yes, I am a child of the 80's.

Thanks, mikegiuliana, for the video.  Slash was playing like there was no tomorrow.

Thanks, mike, for the videos!  I have seen the Hey Joe video before, and Slash just rocks the house!  It's awesome!  What an honor for him.  A couple of the original members of JH Experience are playing.  I just wonder whether they "hand picked" Slash.  Who else could fill the shoes of Hendrix?
