Mick Jagger...Neemo, just play the damn game and keep quiet.? Maybe you should actually listen to some more Aerosmith before you berate the best frontman of the 70's.

Uhhhh, ok then ROB !!! Roll Eyes I have heard every Aerosmith album btw and the best songs from the 70's are the ones I've mentioned. And half of them are ehhh, just like I said. Tylers best stuff came in the 80's.... so Tongue Don't get me wrong I love Aerosmith and all but they were not the best band in the 70's. peace

I can't believe people are voting off Tyler, the greatest frontman of all time (If he doesn't win this, the bloody survivor is rigged!  hihi) So here's the next to get the boot: Bruce Dickinson!

You are right, so I changed my vote. It still doesn't change my opinion of the outcome of the 70's Huh

I think you're the first person I've ever heard say they like Aerosmith's 80's stuff better than their 70's stuff.  To each their own.  I'm just tired of every other person playing this game has to bitch about who won each survivor.  This isn't called, "Everybody vote for Neemo's favorite frontman survivor."

lol, ok chill dude, actually i am not overly fond of any of these pricks, just thought I'd share my opinion. Aerosmith have good tunes from, 70's, 80's and 90's. I grew up in 80's so i guess those tunes remind me of good times? I dunno.

I never said who my picks for "frontman survivor" were but since you wanna see em.....

50's - Elvis Presley; my fav? I don't listen to music from 50's
60's - John Lennon/Paul McCartney; my fav? Prolly Jim Morrison
70's - Robert Plant; my fav? Roger Waters/David Gilmour
80's - Bono; my fav? duhhhh Axl Rose
90's - Kurt Cobain; my fav? Phil Anselmo
current - Maynard James Keenan; my fav? Maynard James Keenan

there they are Kiss

This is a contest taking each frontman as a whole, so Tyler's 70's,80's,90's and todays music all go into the equation.

he has been a great frontman for over 4 decades now and hasnt lost a step and has maybe even a better vocal range now than he did when he started out.

Tell me how rare that is?

I like all the periods of Aerosmith except for the one where Joe Perry and Brad Whitford quit the band, but other than that, they have a very very impressive catalog.

But the same for Jagger and Dickinson.  They got their pipes and can wow an audience.

I never liked Tyler's 90's crap - those awful videos with Alicia Silverstone  nervous

Tyler.

I guess we can take that as a Dickinson vote eh? hihi hihi hihi

Jon Bon Jovi actually won the 80's survivor but was DQ'ed because the votes of honest posters who happened to register and see the contest voted for Jon to win.

He got robbed!!!!!!!!!!!

Eddie Vedder and Chris Cornell don't even deserve to set up Bruce Dickinson's mic stand.  He performs circles around those boring "frontmen".  And his voice is one of the best in rock/metal.

I've read some posts like

'Hi, I'm a big Guns' And Rose's fan. My favourite band is Bon Jovi, but Axel Roses is the second best. And that curly haired guitarist can play, yeah!

PS: Can you tell me the name of the other guys?'
