My friend is a drummer and he recently bought a Premier 5 piece kit (Dunno which model). Is this brand any good, compared to Tama, Yamaha etc.?

although i don't play drums i do work in a music store and can generally tell what soudns good and what doesn't.

one of my friends has a tama rockstar kit that was $1500 and it sounds terrible.  my personal drummer has a premier set and it's one of the best sounding kits i've ever heard.
