I think Axl was more hurt BH left than bitter.

This is where we begin splitting hairs. Axl no doubt was hurt that after investing 3 years into creating music along side BH he would choose to turn his back on the band, also hurt that the band could no longer perform at Rio He was also no doubt bitter that when push came to shove, BH would not longer play under strictly Axl's thumb, and also no doubt bitter that his departure would force Axl back to the drawing board for a good 2 years thus far...

Dont forget Axl bent over backwards to accomdate BH and BH just wallked away. Now I cant blame BH for leaving since he was in the band band for a few years and there was still not album out. But Axl built a chicken coop in the studio just for BH and let BH be himself where as Ozzy said BH can only join his band if he took off the mask and bucket.

Anyways Richard is a great guitar player, and I cant wait for him to play more lead.

I know Richard was characterizing Axl as his dealings with Axl have deemed, which is good to hear.

I wonder how Richard would/will characterize Axl if the whole thing blows up mid stride or if the project never comes to pass?

Axl does sound very bitter when he speaks of the former members. Thats fine I guess, but in all fairness to Slash and co., theyre at least respectful in their criticism, whereas Axl can be quite insulting especially when he downplays their importance to the legacy

No, he didn't say anything wrong about Axl or "the band", but, you know... it's funny. Frankly.

If you know the guy, and the "artists" he's been playing with in the past few years, it's really funny !

Oh yeah because playing with guys like Richard Buttler and Ozzy Osbourne really makes you loose integrity?
