Is it possible to sort out the board time i have on my account to a more accurate number? I mean change the minutes not the hours?

I know the server's clock is of.... I've told the server people about it. Nothing has happened.

Whatever you have the +/- time set to.. try adding a .25 on the end of it.  So I have 6.25.. which gives me the right time
