Interesting that Iowan and Australian sources have the SAME date... one probably just surfed the internet and found the other... but... who knows... Huh

On a side note... selfishly, an 11/29/05 release date would totally blow. That's like a week before my law school exams start. Please Axl... let me study!!! hihi

I really would like to believe that CD will be released Nov. 29th, but until there is a more main stream release date that all the stores and online sites have in common, there is no reason to put faith in this date.  Wasn't it two years ago were several radio stations and even Buckethead said CD would be release October 28, 2003?

November 29th.. is that a date we have heard of before in any sort of article or rumor? I mean, where could these sites have picked this up from, other than the record company? As said before, a rock station from Iowa and some Australian music site.. do they work together?

Thats not a date for a single, its a date for the albim chinese democracy. Most likely they were surfing the net and saw a rumour and thought it was for real.

So far we have the greatest album ever Chinese Democracy coming out 11/29, and we have the Greatest Hits 2 coming out December 6. ?While I think it is all wishful thinking and rumor. ?If the cd's due come out on these dates, Merck would have been right by saying 2005 will be the year of Gun n' Roses.

Also, this pauseandplay.com already had this thing for a long time (they even put the link to this old blabbermouth news:

They had CD listed in a store once. I called the store and they told me "yea we have it set for xx month on xx day". It never happened. It's been listed online, VH1 gave it a release date......

Although anything is possible.

November the 29th has been lurking around for ages, i think it was even mentioned last year as a possible 2004 release date. My guess is they heard some rumblings on the net or through word of mouth, dug a little deeper and found this date. I dont think this means anything. Tomorrow is the beginging of a new week, hopefully something will happen!

Could anyone let me know how you can either put out a single or an album that both have been anticipated for over 10 fuckin years, without a decent publicity campaign? I mean, don't get me wrong, I want the album to come out, but a publicity campaign in less then a month? I don't think that's very realistic.
