What are your sleeping habits? I usually find it hard to drop off sometimes and even harder to wake the fuck up. When i was on holiday in the summer i found myself getting into the pattern of 7am bedtimes and 5pm rising.
My alarm for school goes off in 4 hours, yet i still don't feel tired.
Are you a heavy or a light sleeper? Do you insist on 11 or 4 hours sleep a night?]
