As far as I know it will only be available on the internet and at their concerts.? Although they did say that they will only be available at concerts in limited amounts and only if there are still copies available. ? yes

i think they were meant to be shipped yesterday or the day before. robbie crane (bassist - goes on the website to post too) said something like there was abit of delay but they'd sorted it out and were getting sent out. so if you're in the US i'd imagine you'll be getting 'em soon!

i'd still love to know how many copies have been sold. i suppose realistically about 100 at most.
