thanks everyone you have been really helpfull... Picking a name can be really tough, you want something both you and your wife agree on and you don't want it to be something your kid would hate..

Yes you are right man, I remember an actor that named his kid "Pilot Inspektor", now that must be hard for the kid. I saw it in a VH1 program Cheesy

Giselle would get my vote, if it's not the name of a sad ballet heroine.
as a kid I had Sky and Rain in my class. I didnt know they were such common names.

the most regular international name I know is Lisa.

one thing you should do is find some names you like, then check if there are words riming to that name.... cuz if there is its destined that she will get herrased at school by that....
