I recently read the post about Bravado and those leather jackets company releasing the GNR stuff.

So, Bravado must have the exclusive rights to the GNR merch, cause if you search on Ebay or anywhere else, you'll see all kinds of silly merch from "official" drum sticks to playing cards to "brand new" posters (with all the old logos, I have to admit though one of them is really cool) with Bravado's logo on them.

Everywhere it says "official".

Does anyone know anything about this?

Cause if this goes on, we might even see a new toothbrush with GN'R's name on it... GN'R could become KISS when it comes to merchandise, which would totally suck...

I personally don't consider all that merchandise official. They must have some kind of license that allows them to sell all that stuff, but as long as it's not explicitely endorsed by the band, it's not legit to me.

I agree with you, seeing them become the new Kiss would be a complete nightmare.

I've even seen candles with the GNR name on them, from Bravado ofcourse...

A few years ago there was GNR condoms. I used to buy them at my local mall. I wonder if they were official? I dont remember what company made them?

the lunchbox has already been done i saw it in a local shop 11 years ago i still regret not buying it

Damn, they're useless? I saved them for nothing? I was just about to auction off my used condoms to you guys! rofl Seriously though, I wonder if they still make them? They dont sell them here anymore, but they might in other areas of the U.S. or maybe in Europe. There's been other GNR products as well. I used to have a GNR lighter that was really cool, but someone stole it. crying I also remember GNR ?beach towels being sold.

i dont think it was official actually it wasnt, there was no thermos inside it was red plastic had the GNR blood logo and something else either side i think it was a black background the intertwined roses. i think i didnt buy it at the time because it looked crap and was the size of a kids lunchbox

It still would have been pretty cool to have. There is probably shitloads of unauthorized GNR stuff. Things we couldn't even imagine. Actually, I like the unofficial stuff better. There is some ebay seller I used to buy Axl tshirts from, and they are the best GNR shirts Ive had since the AFD days. They are good quality, pics of Axl I haven't seen on other shirts, and they were a decent price.

They have leather gnr watches from Bravado as well. I bought one a few months ago and they are really great watches, it has the old gnr logo on it though...
