So whats your fave Def Lep song?

There are so many, but the first that comes to mind:

Women

snap - its all about that riff, what a start to an album!

as for the Leppard site - go for it! Leppard need a good home (waits for all the jokes - 'er yeah, the retirement home!', '1, Bargain Basement Road')

Run Riot is a close second for me

Run Riot.....anything off Hysteria.

The opening to Women was amazing, classic Leppard-totally bad ass.

Following on the heels of their massively successful 2006 concert tour, DEF LEPPARD, one of rock's most exciting bands, have announced a mega summer concert tour that is set to hit all corners of the United States, as well as Canada. This year's outing will include 50 dates, kicking off on June 27 in Cincinnati and culminating on September 30 in Edmonton. STYX and FOREIGNER are scheduled to appear on select dates with tickets for the Chicago, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Detroit and Boston dates going on sale Saturday, April 21. The tour is being produced by Live Nation.

2006 was a watershed year for DEF LEPPARD with the group's summer concert tour becoming a must-see phenomenon. It was extended three times due to overwhelming demand for tickets from concert-goers and quickly became one of the year's most successful live music events. 2006 also included a gold record for "Rock Of Ages: The Definitive Collection", marking the group's 10th album certification, as well as two critically acclaim album releases; an exclusive limited edition version of the group's classic "Hysteria" album and "Yeah!", a tribute to the band's musical heroes, that received raves from Entertainment Weekly, Rolling Stone and USA Today and featured the group's now definitive cover of "Rock On".

With more than 65 million albums sold worldwide, not to mention two prestigious Diamond Awards to their credit, DEF LEPPARD ? Joe Elliott (vocals), Vivian Campbell (guitar), Phil Collen (guitar), Rick "Sav" Savage (bass) and Rick Allen (drums) ? continues to be one of the most important forces in rock music. The group's spectacular live shows are filled with hit after hit from their groundbreaking discography that set the sound for generations of music fans and artists. DEF LEPPARD's powerful rock anthems have become synonymous with their name and it' easy to see why rock fans keep gravitating toward their electrifying live performances. On their 2007 tour, the band is promising a highly-charged, no-nonsense set of rocking performances, packed with hits spanning its entire career.

This was one of the greatest, albeit saddest, concerts events ever IMO. A broad showcase of incredible talent during that era.

Gonna see DL this summer again!!! Awesome.

There were some awesome moments for sure. The biggest tear jerker was Seal singing "Who wants to live forever."

Aren't you the one complaining when people come into the NIN thread and diss NIN?

Why do the same thing to another thread?

Nope. Don't care if someone disses NIN, as long as they are just expressing their opinion.

As for DL, I love old-school Def Leppard, but man, they really lost the plot after Clarke died.

And just look at the Yeah! album cover...man o man... Excuse the tired cliche, but a picture's worth a thousand words.

That is just all kinds of wrong...and that's just the cover of the CD! Ever listen to X? What the fuck were they thinking?

Amazing that the kick-ass band behind Pyromania and High N' Dry would one day go on tour with Bryan Adams...

Hope they head over here again - they dont show up in the UK much

Honestly, it is amazing how much they tour. I have seen them almost once a year for 6 years now, sometimes even twice in a year.
