After my wedding Kujo and D watched my trailer. I came home and found these two all wasted on my couch.

Totally passed out.

Naked from the waste down and with a big bowl of jello on the floor Undecided Tongue.





My dog wouldn't come out from under the trailer for two weeks !

Back to Def Leppard...I remember seeing an interview with the lead singer and seeing him joking about having a mullet back in the day, "of course it wasn't called a mullet then."

That's a lot of Def Leppard threads.  But yeah the first time I heard shit from X and Slang I thought to myself..."They sound like a fucking boy band now."  It sucks, the old stuff (On Through The Night-Pyromania) still rocks, but damn did they loose their way.  Some friends saw them a few years back and they said they weren't even a good live act anymore.

I like Slang and X. There's a lot of good songs on them. But X is essentially a pop album, and I wish that they would go back to their rock roots.

By the way, only 2 songs were written by boy band producers (Unbelievable and Long Long Way To Go), the rest were all written by Def Leppard.

I think the 'Slang' album is one of there best. Great writting and the rawness was a needed change. I wish they would do an album with the rawness of 'Slang' with some more hooks and catchier chorus'. The 'Euphoria' album was a big disapointment except for 'Paper Sun' and 'Day After Day'. Viv Campbell needs to play some more solos like the Day After Day solo. 'X' was a good pop record, the song 'Cry' was a step in the right direction, i thought. 'X' should have been huge, it isnt my favorite but the whole ablum is full of 3 minute pop rock radio friendly singles. If they would have had any support from there label 'X' could have went platinum. Maybe some of the side projects VIv and Phil are doing will rub off onto the next Leppard studio album. Phil's side band Man-Raze completely surprised me, very good modern rock sound , it is better than anything Leppard have done in years, and Viv's solo album is imo one of the better releases thus far this year.
