CD Rumors

I don't think it has any importance. but why do we have the CD rumor thread if every new rumor is posted as a new topic? And everyone knows that the original rumor topic is quite of a frustration thread, and the frustration thread is nothing but pure stupidity...

So

What's the use of the main rumor topic?

The original idea was the collect all the rumors in one thread but people have used it as a "I think CD will be out on February 31st, 2006"* thread.
