I really doubt it, what makes you think that?

Well, Axl did say there were issues left to discuss with BH in that press release 2 years ago.  Who knows, anything can happen.

I don't really care who and what they end up doing with the guitars, I just want an album and tour.. something.

Why the 1993 line-up?? Huh?

Gilby was a decent enough fill-in but he was no Izzy Stradlin'.

And while Matt was the better drummer technically, Steven was the better drummer for GN'R.

After numerous departure and arrivals from 1995 to 2004, I do think the current line-up is the best since 1993 and since the old band broke-up.
Axl, Tommy, the guitar duet Richard-Robin, Brain, Dizzy and Chris: This is solid and cohesive. It seems equilibrated for me.

If you don't stop posting picture only replies, I'll have to do something about it.

#1 - It's pointless since it doesn't add anything to the discussions.
#2 - It's unoriginal and gets old quickly.

the band had more talent when Bucket was in the band. Moreover Bucket was the guy who woulda stood out had he stayed , he , behind axl woulda been the true new "star" of GNR.

My opinion.

agree 1000%.

maybe bh would have brought to much attention as a star while it was axl's band.. Bh was a great player who defiently would have done a lot of good..

I think even an Axl/Slash/playback second guitar/playback bass/drum machine line-up is better than any line-up without Slash or Axl.

With Buckethead now gone, I would agree that the present lineup is probably the most credible and my favorite since '93. There was just something about Buckethead I really disliked being attributed to GnR's legacy despite his musical talents. Ive always loved Finck and believe him and Richard have what it takes to make a good duo in today's rock world. My only other request would maybe be to get rid of Chris, I mean besides the synth and soundbites I can detect him doing dickall, and plus 6 members is an even amount Wink
