Jimy, it doesn't really surprise me. What's really going to send shockwaves through the GNR world and bring the fate of CD into question is when Eminem or 50 Cent use the name Chinese Democracy for an upcoming album. Someone will eventually steal the name, its only a matter of time.

Its called a discussion board, if? you dont like it, then learn to deal with it. Also I inevitably lose, that is a good one.? I really dont see what the big deal is. If some other band calls a song its so easy should we post about that too? Different bands use the same album title all the time, its not a big deal. Also, he just posted a link and did not even state his opinion on it. Basically my yeah and was for him to give is opinion or something about it. Why just post a link?

I still think they should have used it.  I think the legality came into play though because of the 2002 tours maybe?  Or was that before then?

i think when bands/songwriters release a song that happens to be called 'it's so easy' so some of the other GN'R song names it's a purely coincidental thing and most likely un-related to GN'R.
But when a band call their album 'Chinese Democracy' i think there's gotta be a very large chance that they got their title from the long awaited GN'R album. i think it's pretty unlikely that they just 'thought' of the name off their own back or at least no-one told them before they released it.
