This is true. It's the change of plan that is interesting. Obviously Rich wanted to play the Nena dates (as he seemed to be enjoying them and got on with the band).

I'm sure the baby reason is valid. But I also feel there may be another reason too: Could it be the start of GN'R rehearsals/reunion/talks...for Rock in Rio 5?

Most of you don't seem to remember Rock in Rio 5 starts in just 8 month. by november, it will be in 6 month. 6 month seems to be a good planing to prepare/announce/rehearse for Rio 5 and the album. The planing seems too "perfect" to me not be taken seriously.

I think about a last option: We all know Axl is very satisfied by Fortus, so maybe Richard will re-record the Buckethead parts, and/or create some new ones, and there will be the "last touch"It would take 1 week or 2. Maybe 3.

then the record is released around RIR 3- and the band starts a Tour - with this line-up:

- Axl
- Tommy
- Richard
- Robin
- Dizzy
- Brain
- pittman

Sounds possible to me.
