It's so funny and yet, i am pissed off, because you men say a baby isn't a valid reason for a man to stick around?

Well, in case you don't know, when a woman comes out of hospital, she needs a great deal of help at home.

You<all<want to "imagine" it has to do with music, but people have lifes outside of it, and i could imagine Richard's life now turns around his family enlargement more than a guitar.

There could be ANYTHING as a reason, from a baby coming down earlier than planned ( very common), from the mother in law not coming after all and Jennifer needing help with a newborn.

I REALLY think you should all stop smoking whatever makes you imagine so much.

He knew about his daughter's birth months ago. This is something entirely new and I don't think it has anything to do with his wife.

I agree. He's a musician. Moreover, he's a working musician, a rare thing in that business. And his wife knows that. You don't marry a rock star expecting him to drop everything for months at a time whenever there is a big family event. He might have nixed a show or two for the birth of his baby, not a whole tour. I kind of think this is GNR related. That damn record has to come out sometime.

Unless he has some kind of fulltime nanny or lots of family to watch his kids he needs to be around with his wife right after the birth.. I have a kid and another soon so you need to take time off to help your wife out..

If she has a C section she needs even more help.. Nursing, post pardom depression happens.. I don't care if you are a rockstar or anything else you need to work somewhere near where your family is for a little while after the birth..

My girlfriend and I had a daughter four months ago. I know what goes into it. I was back at work about five days after she was born. We needed money to pay the rent and have food to eat. Just because he's working doesn't mean he's not helping out during off-time.

OR he will have his daughter, will have to go back to the GNR camp for some reason ( cd, recording, reunions, mkt, etc... ) and will go on tour with Nena all in the same time, NOW he just realise that he can?t do all this things by the end of the year ... so the "important thing" to him right now is his daughter and GNR

could be?

well ? you`re all right when you say that his wife is needing him and that he has to be around, but he did know that 6 months ago allready i guess, so there HAVE to be other reasons than that for his decision. it`s not necessarily gn`r ?though...

Fortus Paternity starts November 1st!

Going back to your 9 to 5 is a little different than spendig a few days around the baby and then going 'ok honey, time to go on tour see you in a year!' Something tells me that he would be a little hard pressed to miss the first year of his kid's life. At least us 9 to 5-ers could come home at the end of the day and at least spend a little time with the baby.

well, the reason why i think this is a positive sign, is because of of this quote from Ross Alfin: Merck also told me the news that the Guns 'n Roses cd is done and it rocks (not his exact words)... Well, he did say it has four rockers like Appetite For Destruction - the rest of the tracks are "challenging and epic", Meaning they're boring or Axl thinks he's joined Rush... Got to thank Merck as he did send me the T Rex Born To Boogie soundtrack, not forgetting the Led Zeppelin, sorry, I mean ELP dvd.."

And now with Richard NOT touring in November after all... hmm, yeah i think somethings up...

I am not saying his daugher is the reason but he already knew when she was due, so how could things have changed. If it had to do with his daugher, he would just say, he is not going to do them due to his daughers birth.

Also, Fortus said when he did the dates he will be doing them unless called back by Axl didnt he?

yes. And one more think i find a bit interesting is, that on Interscopes site, the "Coming soon" list have made it to October. 10.11 a t.a.t.u cd will be released, so if November is the month, then we should know about it on the next update, in a few weeks... If not, i guess we can forget about November and December..
