Too right! I've got a JCM900 2500 - the 50W heads before Marshall ruined them with the SLX series. It sounds awesome. It only does one sound (crunch), but it does it very well. Although, since I got my 9001 preamp and 9005 power amp, I have all the Marshall I could need and the 2500 doesn't get much use. Hopefully, I will have finished making the footswitch for the 9001 today so I can really use all of its features.

If you ever get the chance to pick up an old Marshall rack (only go for the 9001 preamp as the rest are solid state), do it. They may weigh as much as a house, but they are cheap, reliable and sound great.

Me too, by and large. I've had the amps sorted since I got the 9001+9005 in the summer, which go nicely with my Fender Blues Jr.

Although, saying that, I am building a Tube Driver pedal, because you can't have too many 12AX7s in your chain! ok

And I still haven't fixed up my bass rig yet. Need some speakers for that.

Actually, it sounds like a corny punchline from Spinal Tap II.

I know a thing or two about Razorbacks.  PM me and I'll get you some review material on Monday.

Also, sign up now for www.musicradar.com which launches next week and you'll be able to find some info.

Here's my guitar (Ace Frehley signature Epiphone Les Paul) with my custom lightning bolt leather strap (just like the space man's)

I used to have a Paul Stanley sovereign pro by silvertone as well but sold it as I stopped playing it once I got this one.
I just play as a hobby so my amp is nothing to really write about, just a 30w marshall practice amp, sounds damn good though.

The very rare Guild Crossroads Doubleneck - Slash signature.
Slash had Guild made him this 6 strings electric / 12 strings Acoustic guitar back in ?93.
There was only made 6 in red, 6 in black, 6 in nature wood and 3 in the famous green (Godzilla)

Well... Im on a GNR board, a true Rock back, so this is bound to be a little contraversial...

I've just bought a Scrotum Smasher for use with my Les Paul Classic 1960s model also running through a pair of MoogerFoogers (LowPass filter and 12 band phaser).
Gorgeous.

Anyone familiar with the Scrotum Smasher pedal will probably laugh Smiley? beer

I don't have a live band, so I don't have a significant amp or stack or anything like that.

But for laughs, I have:

-Epiphone Gibson Sunburst SG
-Epiphone Dot Studio Semi-Hollow (Red)
-Line 6 POD 2.0 (For recording direct to computer, decent sound)
-BOSS BD-2 BLUES DRIVER pedal (If i ever play live)

That's it.
