the sudden interest was due to the fact 2 of your members didn't like my pic so they decided to take it upon themselves and tell me to remove my pic.i just couldn't believe that such a rule could exsitst due to the stupidity of it so i asked them to show me the rule,instead they showed me the request made from the board which you turned into a rule.

as far as the phone thing.(please hold)if i want to be on that call yes i will hold but if i don't i will hang up.it is a request that gives you a choice.
