A Poster named Devildread had this kick ass and very much ripped off thread where we voted off our least fav songs from each album

I use to just visit the site and not post, but I thought that game was so cool that I couldnt help but register so I could play

Ive been a regular ever since then, met my fiancee and it? all traces back to that game, had Devildread not started that game, I probably never wouldve joined.

Ah, the GNR Survivor - with Devildread's permission i took that through most of its various incarnations - who'd have thought 'Coma' would win UYI 1....

My fav thread would have to be the footie thread

I liked many threads here, even though they've been pretty boring in the GN'R section for the past...3 years. I liked the political debates here, lots of good arguments and heated discussions, and I feel we lost Dizzy and GnrNightrain on the way. Whatever happened to them?

Yeah, I texted Dizzy once but never got a reply. I guess he went on to persue a career as an actor. As far as I remember, he said he was an actor trying to breakthrough. Either that or he got tired of defending the lost cause of Steven Adler?

GnrNightrain had a few arguments with SLC I think. Him and Tyrod Tullip were on the same page. Both left...what did you do to them SLC?

As for the best thread, I couldn't pick just one, but I remember about a year ago, somebody posted a thread about pick up lines...there was great comedy in some of the posts. Hilarious..I'll try to bump it up if I find it.

There was another thread, I think Conny posted this one, about GNR lyrics you misunderstood. There were some hilarious responses on that as well. I remember one poster thought the song "I used to love her but I had to kill her" said "I used to love her but I had tequilla"?

I think the best thread was the 'When did GNR Jump the Shark' thread. it was interesting to see everyone's views on that. I also liked the NYT article thread. Half the people thought the article meant nothing, the other half thought it was the end of the world.

balls (the type you kick) = external genitals
Seaman (the guy that should be kicked) = semen which is composed of sperm which is stored in the external gentitals

Judging from those two I? jumped to the conclusion that maybey "tackle" had something to do with the genitals aswell, I obviously knew that there are tackles in football
