Well certainly it will make a difference, in "some" guys, anyway lots of people  in the business seem to be against the war, but no one is  really making something different than expressing their opinions -- wich is cool dont misunderstand me-- but, nothing else. As long as no one is making nothing but complaining, there aren't gonna be changes. By the way GREEN DAY SUCKS!!! Wink
  ok    peace

His name is Jason White.  I think he plays in another band called The Influence or something like that.

I went to high school with them.  Well, two of them.  I wasn't friends with them or anything, I was just barely acquainted with them.  But they are the only famous people I've ever met.  I guess they were nice guys, I never heard anyone say anything bad about them and they were always friendly towards me, the few times we had any contact.

This quote from Alice Cooper kinda sums it all up.

"If you're listening to a rock star in order to get your information on who to vote for, you're a bigger moron than they are."

wasn't Alice Cooper supporting George Bush, tells you everything u need to know about Alice Cooper.  I think what he meant to say was 'If you're listening to a *politician* in order to get your information on who to vote for, you're a bigger moron than they are."'

I wonder if Green Day will have a trilogy?

Jesus of Suburbia part 2 of this and then a part 3?

Does anyone know?

I love the video, is shows how the govt makes u believe joining the army is a great thing and a great way to start out your life, but it isnt.

they should run commercials that say

"Tired of living"

Sign your soul away today

call
1-800-Go Army

"this is nothing like the Army, the Army is some guy you don't know, telling u to go whack some other guy that u dont know"============Lefty from Donnie Brasco

You really are worthless.? People are fighting and dying right this moment to keep you safe and this is the kind of crap you come out with.? Your teenage nihilism is rather tiresome and the multitude of spelling errors shows that perhaps you come benefit from some time in the military.? They will send you to college and maybe even make you into a man if such a thing is possible.

Did you mean "can benefit from some time in the military"?
Spelling errors can happen on a board, and D is certainly not the worst here, so you should find another angle to attack people who think different.

One point and I will stop and wont make this political

I hate when people say

"People are in Iraq protecting us"

Did I miss something or were Iraq planning to attack us sometime this century? I dont think they were gonna attack us, so how are the soldiers protecting us over there?

I love the soldiers but joining the Army and going to Iraq would be ridiculous at this point in time.

For those who havent kept score, we havent been attacked in 4 years, Bush used Fear to get re-elected and is continuing to use Fear now.

We got attacked Sept 11th only because our intelligence fucked up.

Bush is creating an illusion of safety cause honestly whether people want to believe it or not, if terrorist want to attack, there is really nothing anyone can do about it.

I hate to share that harsh reality to some of you who live in a fantasy world but if they want to attack us, we cant stop that.

Plus Iraq was not the very who attacked the Us. correct me if I'm wrong.
most terrorists are likely to think they are fighting and dying for their people, which is most unwelcome for the people.

I no way liken the solders to them, since they don't say that.
I don't doubt the solders loyalties and good intentions but I'm not sure if their fighting now will keep people safer than not fighting would, in the long run.

I probably don't need to point this out, but I do hope you realize that not all Americans feel that way.  You are referring to George Bush and his supporters.  While I acknowledge he won the election and believe that all Americans have to take responsibility for that, I just hope you know we don't all agree with his politics.

My friend, you are right, I believe that not everybody in USA, support War, for instance there are these Green Day guys, who actually loath it.... so I believe there will be a better tomorrow, cause there is something wrong TODAY...

Its incredible to know -- if your figures are true -- that the most "Democratic" country in the world, dont even give a shit about what his own people think....
