That is an interesting point of view man  and its even more interesting considering that Chinese Democracy -- another musicians album -- will  be released soon, so that would mark a difference... anyway I dont think axl would do that...

Man I have no problem with Axl using Guns N' Roses. But, I think maybe Axl needs to head this himself and make the distinction because he is the man. And, he is the man with the burden. He is a pimp and one of the mostrecognizable figures in music even with this absence. If the album is a masterpiece, it will be credited to him regardless. Just think this distinction is both ego and respect...like with KuPrick. And isn't that Axl. He has to be respected, he commands it...even when he is being shot down. And his ego is legendary.

Those are marketing exec ideas. They include big names in the title to attract more people.

Who said anything about the bands name lady? The band is Guns' N' Roses. I am talking about the title to the Project.

Another example for you. Star Wars.

Lucasfilm makes it, hence the logo before the film starts.

Guns N' Roses is presenting the album. I am simply stating what I think would be a cooler title for the project that GN'R made. The band might have all worked together on it. Directors don't make a movie alone. But the album good or not, rests on Axl.

But is a title for a project like Stanley KuPrick's Full Metal Jacket, a cheese factor. That is a genius director who commanded respect. He also was a notorious perfectionist. I'm not saying Axl is like Stan the Man, but he is more akin to Stan then John Gay.

I think that Axl won't do that cause he thinks he has the right to use the GNR name, wether is the same old band or a brand new band, He just want it to. But once again is just a though, personally I think should be great the name suggested
