This is strange because they was the most wanted and hotest band in the world in the end of 80`s and early of 90`s. In the fact Metallica win almost permanently Grammys for far indifferent songs and albums.  Huh Roll Eyes

They should have won at least one but I think that the GNR image scared the voters away.  Plus their behavior at the American Music Awards didn't the cause.

If you remember, Metallica actually lost a Grammy to Jethro Tull for best Metal Band.  Tull Metal?

its because the grammys were runned by a bunch of old cock fucks that didnt know shit about rock music.  Case in point jethro tull beats out Metallica for best heavy metal, and there not even a fucken heavy metal band.  I mean wtf is that shit.  I wish i could take those old cock fuckers and beat there heads in with a chainsaw.

well grammy voters are always doing shit about Real Rock Bands. its the same shit like Oscar for movies. not too fair. Something like Golden Globe for movies are really needed for Music and specially Rock Music.

The judges were wankers..... Gnr are the best rock n roll legends around but the judges didnt see that, as you guys have said, thier image scared the voters away....

In my opinion the image should have nothing to do with it, as it is the music that counts....

same with this australian/american idol shit...

people got knocked back because they had braces... those judges are fucking cock suckers * exuse my french* and totally look at image before the voice
