Yeah, wathcing old videos and concert footage gets tough sometimes.  You see all of them, and they seem like such a close knit group of guys.  Seeing that stuff half pisses me off and half bums me out.  It pisses me off cause they were the greatest band of all time and they pissed it away.  It bums me out cause I never had a chance to be a fan of the old band.  I was too young.

sucks dude.. it was quite the time... man seeing jungle scom or pc always chokes me up.. Not so much because the music is emotional, only because of what it was and how awesome they were.. AFD and those 5 guys were lightning in a bottle..

Yes I feel sad too, but specially reading some Izzy Stradlin's interview the guy is so deep and honest.

Really? Or is this the same tired joke people keep using?

I haven't heard Silkworms. It can't be that bad of a song.

A lot of GNR songs are very introspective, but I can't recall crying to any of them.

I also feel like crying when I watch the Yesterday video.  I don't even like listening to the song because of that.

That crying about Silkworms joke is quite played out, but the song is that bad.

Yeah, its all bad.  I couldn't believe my ears the first time I heard that song.  I felt genuinely embarassed for Axl.

Hell yeah. The first time i heard Patience i broke down and cried. The same was with Estranged, November Rain and 14 Years.

Sometimes when i think of GNR (original line up), i do burst into tears thinking about how things would be like if they were still together today. And it really saddened me to see their friendships destroyed. But i know there's nothing i can do about, so i try not to think too much about that. But it does get me down at times.
