Post GNR: Led Zeppelin, Metallica, Megadeth and Pink Flloyd have all had breif stints at the top... but GNR always wrestle the crown back!

GnR is, was, and will always be my favorite rock band. Overall though, my favorite band is Iron Maiden, the greatest metal band ever. No other metal band has put out 8 great albums in a row (Iron Maiden through 7th Son, including Live after Death) or had such an amazing live show.

I don't have a favorite, but basically I couldn't live without The Pixies, Rocket from the Crypt, The Flaming Lips, Pearl Jam , The Clash and I'll add Green Day  there since their last album is a million times better than anything they've done since Dookie.

Queen are my fav, followed closly by Led Zeppelin. G n' R come about 5th for me. After The Stones and Beatles aswell.

GNR is without a doubt my #1 fav band. Beyond that though, I'm not sure that I can name any one band/artist and characterize them as 'one of my favs' because I like and listen to a lot of different stuff at different times. I LOVE classical for example...........

Oasis will always be my number 1 band till I die, because they got me into music, they inspired me to play guitar and because i am so biased towards them i think they are the best band in the history of music.

Guns N Roses will always be my 3rd favourite band behind the brilliant pink floyd.
