I can see WWE using this in an angle with Brooke seeing that Randy has a sensitive side or some shit, you know what they're like

Roberts in TNA? Och why not.

Mitchell is a quality manager though. Him and Sabu would be pretty good together.

Everyone here at this site is sad to report that Bob Orton Sr., father of Cowboy Bob Orton and grandfather of current WWE star Randy Orton tragically passed away this past Friday following a heart attack at the age of 77.

Everyone on this site would like to send our condolences to the Orton family, Orton's friends and fans during this sad time.

Yeah, I realised that before I even read it. You now see every time Randy Orton, comes out for a match, or after he wins a match, he points up to the sky.

Remember beating Gene Snitsky a few weeks back........

The whole D-X/Spirit Squad/Mcmahons angle is stale, very stale.

D-X reforming was great, and at first they were hilarious but now they are awful, they aren't even remotely funny and they always win.  It's so damn stupid there are FIVE Spirit Squad members, these are young guys who need putting over and they are treated like crappy jobbers, i mean it's 5 on 2 and they keep getting their asses kicked, it makes 'em seem awful.  To freshen' things up D-X need a new feud (and a new member...) and the Spirit Squad need cutting down, maybe to a Trio, with so much talent, having all these young guys in this one group, they are wasted.  Break out Kenny & Mikey, they have plenty of personality and could do really well in the singles ranks.  Make Johnny & Nicky a regular tag team (They've defended the belts several times....) and have Mitch in a managerial like role (Since he rarely wrestles....).

Work on the tag division, yes i know it's a tired subject but i just hope they will finally listen and do it....Cade/Murdoch + Highlanders + Spirit Squad (Trio if they go with my idea...) + Haas/Vis + Some new team brought up from say OVW or put some jobbers together i mean Rob Conway & Val Venis are wasted, with a team name, gimmick (Porn Stars?!?)....mmmm...... Undecided

What the fuck was up with the booking on Saturday Night's main event?

Booker T is getting ready to win the title at GAB Right???

So why the fuck was he the one getting pinned 1-2-3 in the center of the ring???

Fuckin shitty ass horrible booking from the piece of shit Smackdown crew.

I knew there was a reason I stopped watching it.

Rey totally disgraces the belt and now the next champ gets jobbed out to lashley and takes the pinfall right before the PPV where he has the title shot.

WTF are they thinking?

I dont' know dude......SNME was horrid...Raw was extremely horrid and I'm thinking ECW will be just as bad tonight.  I just don't get what the hell they're trying to do anymore?  Who the hell are they catering too?  As far as I'm concerned wrestling is worse off now than even in 94 during the Doink the clown era.  At least back then you still had decent stars like Bret Hart around.  I just can't get it anymore, it's like watching a car wreck.

Its to predictable with the internet, people can find out what happens before it goes down.

Spirit Squad could have one of their members turn on the rest of them and join DX... That is something out of the blue that would be unpredictable.

Make it so the Highlanders dont win the title next week on raw so everyone could be shocked.

Have DX start a fued with WRESTLERS.  Maybe bring in or start up a stable like they did with the Goodfather.  Something where they are civilized and upscale.  Making the McMahons main event is so 1998.

Maybe make an IC title match on Raw a main event and have it run 30 minutes, starting the main event at 10:56 pm knows you aint getting a long match and having some good main event raw matches will make and build people like Carlito for the future main eventers

Make more tag teams with names.  Demolition, LOD, Nasty Boys, Natural Distasters, teams like that with matching outfits.

WWE needs some shocks that people can't see coming.

Yes!

I agree though, we need some shocks. Stuff like Edge winning the belt in January was amazing because no-one saw it happening.

You're starting to sound like JR!  hihi

You're right though, you used to know where you stand with WWE, there were proper tag teams, there were proper Lightwiegh (Cruisers) competitors, IC competitors and main event (heavyweight) competitors, and I think very importantly the belts actually meant something.  Now I don't think even WWE know how to acheive these things, they seem very lazy and half-arsed.  They mis-use the talent and the wrong guys get handed titles on a plate while others languish (Shelton and the like).  During main events I find myself rooting for the guy who sucks the least rather than the face (or occasionally it can be the heel  beer).  I want to be on the edge of my seat not sitting there shouting "fu(k you Cena" at the tv.  Oh for proper feuds like six years ago.  Back then you had no roster split, with several potential WWE champions at a time (Taker, Foley, HHH, Rock, Stone Cold, Angle etc).  Now who've you got?  Cena?  Booker?  Give me a break.  WWE needs to know wrestling fans don't care about these people the way they cared about the Rock and company.

Thats hilarious(and pathetic). Couldnt they have done that on Smackdown? Did it require the resurrection of a formerly respected organization? nervous

To borrow and modify a phrase Gregory Helms used to say?stand back, there?s a record-holder coming through.

July 13, 2006 was Gregory Helms? 165th day as Cruiserweight Champion, making him the longest reigning Cruiserweight Champion of all-time. The previous record holder, Tajiri, held the gold for 164 days from October 2001 to April 2002. And for Helms, being the longest reigning champion in the 15-year history of the championship is a special accomplishment.

?It means a lot to me because it adds credibility to what I?ve been saying ever since I won the championship: that I am the greatest Cruiserweight Champion ever,? he told WWE.com, ?and this is a real staple in this fact.?

In Helms? eyes, one of the reasons for his success is that no one wants to face him because he?s so dominant.

?When I got here (to SmackDown), the other cruiserweights parted like the Red Sea,? Helms claimed. ?They?re all trying to get into tag teams, and the Mexicools would rather fight each other than fight me. It?s at a point where I?ve dominated so much that it is hard to find contenders.?

Prior to this reign, Helms had been Cruiserweight Champion twice before. So did he learn anything from his reigns in 2001 and 2002 that helped him in 2006?

?Just to stick to my game,? he said. ?The first two times I was kind of doing things to please the fans, and using aerial tactics just for the adulation of the crowd. This time I?ve stuck to my game, just ground-and-pound and beat everybody at their game.?

And when Helms is on his game, he believes he is unbeatable.

?That?s my mentality and it has to be; that?s the mentality of a champion,? Helms explained. ?If you go in there thinking that you?re going to lose or that there is even a possibility that you are going to lose, you will. You have to go in there thinking that you?re going to win every time.?

Helms believes that he is the greatest Cruiserweight ever?but before he came along, someone had to hold that title. But when asked who that might be, the champion offered a coy response.

?Either Sugar Shane Helms or The Hurricane,? he laughed, naming two of his previous personas as his answer.

As the self-proclaimed greatest Cruiserweight Champion ever, Helms has a short list of Cruiserweights he?d like to step into the ring with to prove that claim.

?Probably Dean Malenko or Ultimo Dragon,? he said. ?I?ve never had a chance to wrestle those guys. I had never wrestled Rey Mysterio before either, but I just had the chance to wrestle him in a match that I was very proud of.?

And while he?s not done being the Cruiserweight role model, Helms does aspire to ?move up the ladder? in the near future.

?The United States Championship is a definite goal, and of course everyone?s goal in this business should be to win the World Heavyweight Championship. Right now we have great champions all down the line, but I?m the longest reigning current champion in the entire industry. I like what I?ve done with the Cruiserweight Championship, but I?m the type of person that once I achieve a goal, I set a higher one.?

With that attitude coupled with tremendous skill inside the ring, it may only be a matter of time before Gregory Helms becomes the longest reigning United States or World Champion of all-time.

At least I didn't call it a slobberknocker  rofl

I have to laugh when I watch ECW now....I mean literally that is taking something that once meant something and just defacating all over it.  It's hilarious in a way now that I've gotten over being angry at it, just to see how they fucking book it.  It's been literally the same everyweek.  The same spots, the same match types and the mixed promotion main event.  They even had the gaul to make "ECW Rules" matches.  It's funny they're just going with the Paul Heyman sold out thing.  The funniest thing about the ECW show so far is.....Ric Flair is the only one who's had an all out hardcore performance.  Sandman gets pinned by some jobber and fucking Ric Flair is out there busted open and rolling in thumb tacks.  Kelly is the only thing I bother with on that show.  One day I see her being a huge Playboy star.

Not to mention he was injured with a broken nose for part of that time, but for him to have the record and to only have defended about as many times as hogan fights in a year is sad. ?If they wanted a long reign with a good champion they should of had Rey, Nitro, or is there anyone else? Have it and defend it all the time. ?

WWE is just getting sadder and sadder and they have no talent (besides Carlito) that is a young mid carder who could be a good world champion in the years to come, what do they plan on doing waiting til TNA builds up their stars then steal them away?

Exactly.  Vince knows those guys can only go so far in TNA before they start wanting real money which is something TNA can't give them any time soon (Tna actually just started making a profit after like 3 years).  I gaurantee you'll see a good chunk of the X-Division in the WWE within the next 3 years.  They'll probably be fighting the opening match on Internet Heat, but they'll still be there.  We all know how WWE handles talent......they just put it on Heat!!
