I would think its to do with the fact that most of the posting is done by a select elite of people, yes it may have 300 pages, but still, if three quarters of the posts are from about 4 - 5 people it wouldnt be considered that important, i think the football thread is far more popular because it appeals to a larger amount of people, rather than a few people posting a lot.

Does that make sense?

How come WWE is turning this seperate brand of wrestling into a combined show.  I would of loved to see ECW be more seperate will classic ECW wrestlers. Instead they got to through in a douche like cena and have Rey defend his title.  They are trying way to hard to sell ECW to all fans, when I cant see a ECW wrestler carrying a World title for any period of time, who can take the two headlining matches serious?

It has been reported in several of the industry sources that WWE management decided to drop Paul Burchill's pirate gimmick due to the disappointing reaction from live crowds in recent weeks.

However the long term plan is to involve him in a storyline where he plays one of a group of plastic surgeons, who will be terrorizing several of the WWE divas. Other names mentioned to be part of this stable are Jamie Noble, D-Lo Brown and Bull Buchanan (both of whom have recently been teaming in the All Japan Pro Wrestling promotion).

Loads of sites have reported the Pirtae gimmick is being dropped and i know for a fact D'Lo & Bull have been teaming in Japan so this rumour could be true. haha
