Jericho will return when people bore of Fozzy (not because WWE needs him...) and he retain his midcard bore status.....

HHH vs. HBK, when they feuded the other year they did it to death these 2 need more time apart not an enduring 3 month feud......

Batista will drop his title before or at 'Mania

Cena's days are numbered the fans are turning on him all the time, his popularity is down, the question is when will Vince finally give up and take the belt off him....

I still disagree about Jericho, he regained Main Event status before he left, theres no reason why he wouldn't be able to do it again. Especially since when he does come back, he will be fresh and revitalized in the eyes of the fans.

HHH & HBK might have feuded to death, but they did it consistently well with no poor matches to speak of so why not do it better, and bigger next year @ WM22?
These two have a ton of history between eachother as well so its not like a fresh and intriguing storyline couldnt be written for them.

To me thats insane to think Batista will drop his title before Cena does. Batista has "Champion" written all over himself and has dominated this past year against a ton of formidable opponents. The fact he is doing rehap instead of surgery for the better of the company alone means he deserves the gold more than Cena. Has Cena put his health on hold for the company? No..and has Cena done much for the WWE from this fan's point of view? Not in a million years..

I hope fuckin' Cena's days are numbered, they fuckin' well better be because his reign is as stale as Doink the Clown right now. Ive seen both Cena and Batista live in action and trust me, Batista's popularity isnt fading in the least..when he comes out all you hear is chants, with very few boos to speak of. Even last August when I saw Cena, he was getting booed, and now its only worse so have that asshole drop his belt before big Dave rant

It was merely main event cannon fodder status, he is used as someone different to job to the champ nothing more nothing less, and mid season it means nothing, come Wrestlemania time he won't be winning or jobbing in the main event area (if he's even back....)

I guess I can persuade your opinion of him, but to me Jericho was and always will be a Main Eventer..far too much talent and charisma to be categorized as just another Mid-carder.

Don't get me wrong i feel he deserves to be but i'm looking at it from the WWE POV you know how they treat him.....

.....poor creative decisions blew his undisputed reign...

Jericho has to be a heel, he doesnt work as well as a face.

HBK vs HHH iron man match at WM?

FUCK YEAH! That would be so awesome!

I just ordered Shawn Micheals' book for a late Christmas gift, my GF's brother gave me a 20 dollar WalMart gift card so i went online and ordered it for 20.32 which is a great deal.

I cant wait to read about what Shawn has to say about all the flack backstage for injuring his knee before WM and all that.

Should be an amazing read!

Whats the Mick Foley DVD like?

That sounds like it would be pretty Cool!

Ive read both his books and think they are the best not only wrestling  but entertainment biographies that have been written.

Does anyone think New years resolution will be worth the cash?

I dont think it will be at all. I forked out the cash for it last year because there was guarenteed to be a new champion after the Elimination Chamber was said and done, and we already know right now Cena will retain, so the whole element of surprise is gone. Any match with Cena lately has been rather lackluster as well, so I expect HBK or Kurt to have to carry his sorry ass this match just like any other..

The only other match thats got me interested is HHH vs Big Show, and who knows how that will go..could be brutal, could be awesome.

Im gunna save my cash for the Rumble depending on its card, or just skip ahead to WM22..

I found this pretty funny poem on www.pwtorch.com Entitled "How The Vince Stole Christmas"  hihi

Merry X-Mas all  beer

With apologies in advance to Dr. Seuss, Boris Karloff, World Wrestling Entertainment and, well, everybody else...

Every fan on the Torch site
Liked wrestling.
A lot.

But Vince
Who lived just south of Stamford,
Did not.

You see, Vince hated wrestling, no matter the season
Now, please don't ask why. No one quite knows the reason.
It could be that his head wasn't screwed on quite right.
It could be, perhaps, his ref shirt was too tight.
But I think that the most likely reason of all
Was the veins in his neck were two sizes too small.

But whatever the reason,
His neck or his shirts,
He stood there in Greenwich, all angry and hurt,
Staring out from his home with a mean, throaty growl
Cooling down from his workout, his sweat on his towel.
For he knew all the fans, stuck in rain, snow or smog
Were still writing about him on websites and blogs.

"And they'll praise Ring of Honor!" he snarled with a sneer.
"Or they?ll watch TNA as they chug down their beer!"
?They won?t buy action figures, foam fingers or raiment?
"I MUST find a way to sell sports entertainment!"
For, tomorrow, he knew...

...when Raw went off the air.
All the fans would praise Chavo or Michaels or Flair.
They typed and they gossiped and hooted and chattered.
They?d actually talk as if pro wrestling mattered!

And THEN
They'd do something he liked least of all!
Every internet wrestling fan, big, fat, or small,
Would claim that poop jokes weren?t at all entertaining.
They'd log on to web sites, and all start complaining!

They'd bitch! And they'd bitch!
AND they'd bitch, bitch, bitch, bitch!
And the thought of it all made his scalp start to itch
Even though wrestling fans had made Vince McMahon rich!
"Why for twenty-three years I've put up with it now!
I must shut down pro wrestling forever!
...But HOW?"

Then he got an idea!
An awful idea!
Vince McMahon
Got a Wonderful, Awful Idea!

"I?m Vince McMahon, dammit!" he said with a frown.
?I'll build my business up once I shut wrestling down.?.
?I?ll hire all their wrestlers! I?ll take all their names?
"Until all that?s left are Big Show and The Game?

"First, we?ll need a booker..."
McMahon looked around.
But in gated communities, none could be found.
Did that stop Vince McMahon?
No! McMahon simply said,
"If I can't find a booker, I'll make one instead!"
So he called on his daughter, gave her lots of bread.
And he put her in charge and she got a big head.

Then he rode into Stamford, with a smile most unpleasant,
And began to lay off every third wrestler present!
He tabled the Dudleys, gave Rhyno the gore.
He canned Billy Kidman, Dave Heath, Shannon Moore.
He replaced lady wrestlers with strippers and ho?s.
"Those divas," McMahon grinned, "are the first ones to go!"

Then he grabbed some blank contracts
With a smile on his face
Called for his private jet
And picked up Johnny Ace.

Then he told Ace ?Get out there!?
?You?re my talent scout!?
?Go grab up all the wrestlers
Those fans care about!?

Then Vince brought back the Hulkster, despite the bad hip
He brought in Van Vader, but that took two trips
And Road Warrior Animal, despite the large belly.
That shook when he laughed like a bowl full of jelly.

And Ace hired more wrestlers. A buzz filled the air.
He signed CM Punk and his long, greasy hair
Then rehired Matt Hardy, that internet square.
He grabbed up the big dudes from the small indy feds
As wrestling fans slept on, all snug in their beds.

Then he snuck into Mexico. A rather tight space.
But if Lita could fit in, so could Johnny Ace.
He got lost only once, for a minute or two.
Then he found Triple A and CMLL too.
He stole three Mexicools. Then the Ace, very nimbly,
Stuffed all the new talent down Stephanie?s chimney

While Vince signed up more legends with increasing glee.
"This will teach everyone that there?s no stopping me!"
And you know, Vince McMahon was so smart and so slick
That he signed up Steve Austin, and Goldust and Mick.
Dusty Rhodes and Bret Hart. The fans were aghast
As Vince cornered the market on stars from the past.

Even though she was pregnant, he fired Dawn Marie
Showed a suicide sketch with an old referee.
Took company cash, made his dividends higher
And used Eddie's lowrider as fuel for his fire.

The shareholders were shocked at the carnage they saw
And were sweating the ratings for Smackdown and Raw!
"Pooh-pooh to the fans!" Vince was grinchily humming.
"They're finding out now that no wrestling is coming!"
"They're waking up now! I know just what they'll do!"
"Their mouths will hang open a minute or two"
"Then those dumb wrestling fanboys will all cry BOO-HOO!"

"That's a noise," grinned McMahon,
"That I simply must hear!"
So he paused. And McMahon cupped a hand to his ear.
And he did hear a sound rising over the snow.
It started in low. Then it started to grow...

But the sound wasn't sad!
Why, this sound sounded merry!
It couldn't be so
But it WAS merry! Very!

Every wrestling fan out there, the tall and the small,
Was still watching! Without any big names at all!
He HADN'T stopped smart fans from caring!
They came!
Without lasers or pyro, they watched just the same!

And McMahon, with his loafers ice-cold in the snow,
Stood puzzling and puzzling: "How can it be so?
They'll watch without Piper? They'll watch without Brock?
They'll watch without Goldberg or Austin or Rock?"
And he screamed at his crew, `til his stooges were sore.
Then McMahon thought of something he hadn't before!
"Maybe wrestling," he thought, "doesn't come from a vial.
"Maybe me and my crew have been stuck in denial!"

So what happens next?
We don't know. Who's to say?
Maybe Vince's cold heart
Will grow three sizes one day!
Maybe TNA Impact will beat McMahon silly
Maybe some new promotion will take over Philly.
That's the thing about wrestling, you never can tell
But you're all welcome here when it's not going well.
We'll leave a light burning out on our front porch
Merry Christmas to all from the Pro Wrestling TORCH!
