Has SmackDown?s General Manger gone too far?

First, Theodore Long took advantage of his one match afforded by WWE Chairman Mr. McMahon to load up WWE Homecoming with SmackDown Superstars. (World Heavyweight Champion Batista, United States Champion Chris Benoit, Rey Mysterio, JBL, Christian, and Eddie Guerrero will all take part.)

Now, WWE.com has learned that ?Legend Killer? Randy Orton, ?Cowboy? Bob Orton and ?Mr.? Ken Kennedy have been spotted backstage at the American Airlines Center. Is SmackDown crashing Eric Bischoff?s party?

How will RAW?s roster react to the presence of so many SmackDown Supertars on a night that features a ?Loser Leaves RAW? Ladder Match; a WWE Championship Match; a 30-Minute WWE Iron Man Match and Triple H?s return?

Homecoming was pretty entertaining for the most part.  The last match was extremely pointless, but other than that I had no problems with it.  Am I the only one who thinks an Austin/Hogan match would be a disaster?  You got one guy who probably can't work anymore (Austin), and another who never could (Hogan).

I haven't laughed so much at something in wrestling (I'll admit it, I have never found too many of their sketches too funny) in recent memory as I did during the Stone Cold / McMahon thing.

Now...

...Fair enough, Linda was boring. But everything before that was great. Vinces acting was priceless, "everbody saw my underpants", and I take my hat off to whoevers idea it was for Shane to 'return', and be stunned immediatly. Pure genius.

Now that is how wrestling can be funny. When it isn't taking itself too seriously, and nobody on either side is trying to come across as being 'cool.'

None of that stupid fucking innuendo bollocks with the 'divas.' Ugh.

All in all, great show. I enjoyed it.

Haven't watched the final match yet though, and don't really intend to.

The iron man and ladder matches entertained me enough for one week on their own.

The upside spot with the ladder Matt did early on was very creative ok

Here's to Smackdown success for Matt.

I read the whole SD invasion is building towards somekind of Survivor Series battle between the 2 brands. Fucking great! Why hasn't the SS format been used like this before??

The ladder match was the fakest shit Ive seen in years. The ladders get thrown around the ring, the action starts outside the ring, and when they go back in the ring the ladders are side by side in the middle of the ring. Allowing both to climb the ladders simultaneously. How convenient. confused I know its always been fake, but I like it when they dont make it so obvious. The highlight of the night was when Triple H turned on Ric Flair.

The heel turn of Triple H was good...a bit predictable...but a good move nonetheless.  You just can't have Triple H as a face anymore.  He's so much easier to hate.  I'm interested in hearing what his reasoning is behind it.

wwe.com has an update about Hardcore Holly challenging Mr. Kennedy to a match at No Mercy. I guess this will provide some points that Stoned desperately needs
