To be fair The Miz has improved drastically since teaming with Morrison. At first he annoyed me but now I think he has come into his own and him owning Cena on Raw was great.

I like Morrison in the ring and think he has plenty of potential, but I can't remember him ever cutting a good promo.

He was the weaker talker in MNM (Mercury and Melina, both better).

And Miz may be a medicore in-ring worker but he carried their promos, thats why they worked well as a pair, Morrison made up for Miz's so-so ring skills.

I was saying to D the other day, if you could mould these 2 together you'd have one fantastic wrestler.

This is the same guy who beat X-Pac, Kane, Big Show and Shawn Michaels.

The Mcmahons unfortunately have a tendency to beat a few too many wrestlers.... no

I didn't think it was too unbelievable. I mean, he wasn't beating all three of them up at once, and looking like a monster. Legacy had the advantage most of the match and they teased Shane making a kind of comeback, which obviously never happened.

Plus, the three of them crushing his ankles makes them even more evil. Cheesy

In Shane's defence, a DVD of his greatest matches would still be superb and better than many of the "Wrestler" ones.

Still though, if u guys can jump on Mick Foley winning the title, surely u have to admit, Shane Goldberg McMahon doing even this well against 3 of your top heels, is really absurd.

Me personally I never jumped of Foley winning the strap.

And Shane hasn't won the strap, he may of looked strong, but ultimately he was taken out....

^WM15, Greenwich Street Fight, Hardcore Title VS. Steve Blackman, WM17, Last Man Standing VS. Big Show, Street Fight VS. Angle, the two PPV matches with Kane in 2003.... sounds good. Cheesy

I'm probably missing some that I can't think of right now.

EDIT: I didn't see Foley beat Sting so I won't comment on that. Wink

Nice match with HBK at SNME, that goofy handicap Ladder Match with Vince against Austin at KOTR....

....DVD Extras: Music Video, retiring the Euro Strap, Documentary of how mean the streets of Greenwich really are with interviews with Pete Gas, Rodney and Joey Abs...Yeah!

Throughout the years, fans of sports entertainment have enjoyed the controlled chaos of tag-team wrestling. Many present and future Hall of Fame Superstars have been part of a popular duo, including Shawn Michaels (The Rockers), Bret ?Hit Man? Hart (The Hart Foundation) and Jeff and Matt Hardy (The Hardy Boys). Some Superstars will forever be remembered for their incredible impact as a team, including The Road Warriors, The Fabulous Freebirds and The Midnight Express. Some teams were a result of the unique, temporary pairing of two singles Superstars, including The Mega Powers (Hulk Hogan and Randy ?Macho Man? Savage), and D-Generation X (Triple H and Shawn Michaels).

Allied Powers: The World?s Greatest Tag Teams honours all the greatest duos in sports entertainment history, complete with matches from WWE, WCW, NWA, AWA, WCCW and Championship Wrestling from Florida. Packed with profiles of more than 20 historical tag teams and events and 25 tag-team matches, Allied Powers: The World?s Greatest Tag Teams gives fans twice the excitement, twice the action and twice the drama.

Yeah i'd agree. When it was for family prde you could argue that passion got him through but its starting to get silly IMO. But at least he isn't world champion

But its hardly come out of nowhere.

For years we've been taught to believe that the Mcmahons, although businessmen, when it comes down to it, are tough guys who by hook or by crook can get it done in the ring.

Just like for years we have been taught to believe a fat guy called Mick Foley can hang with the bodybuilders and the super in shape guys.

Sometimes people over think these things and take them too seriously.  Its not like he has come from out of nowhere and done an Arquette, when done right it doesn't effect business, look at the Mcmahons during the Attitude Era, heck Vince even won the WWE Title and back then when I was younger and a non internet smark or mark or whatever the heck we are all meant to be it was just another part of the story and entertaining to.

And playing the babyface, heck the babyfaces go down swinging, its not like hes crushed everyone, Legacy has put all the Mcmahons, Shane included on the shelf.  Orton took credit for taking Batista out for months and now has taken credit for doing the same to Triple H.

yes they have...but that match was ridiculous..they made Legacy look awful.  Shane is a tub of shit who does not wrestle.  Why is it that Randy Orton needs Dibiase and Rhodes to "rescue" him in that match.  They should have come down and just housed Shane.  Busted him open and busted his legs..Shane should not have even gotten a punch off..he is not a wrestler!

^I think it's like Hammy said earlier: the Mcmahons, although businessmen, when it comes down to it, are tough guys who by hook or by crook can get it done in the ring. Shane's had quite a few matches now in his career.

Plus, Rhodes and Dibiase were there because it was a Handicap Match. And had Shane taken on all 3 of them at once and kicked their asses, yes that wouldn't have been believable but Legacy were tagging in and out and he was facing them 1 on 1, at first anyway. It all broke down, they teased a Shane comeback but in the end, he didn't stand a chance and they crushed his ankles. Heel stables should gang up on people and injure them. yes
