I get really mad at the WWE. I mean they have a tag division right in front of their eyes. That could at least be decent. Or at least give us some decent tag matches. I miss tag team.

I hate Miz and Morrison but thats one tag team. Got Rhodes and Jr, thats two. Got Cryme Time, thats 3. Got Glamarella. Thats 4. Santino and beth would be funny as tag team partners. Primo and Calito, thats five and Hawkins and Ryder, thats 6 teams.

Cut off both belts. Just keep one. And have them battle for the belts over both shows. 6 tag teams. A couple of elite ones. A joke one, throw in a couple more jobber teams and you have a decent tag division. Fuck WWE do something with it.

While your at it, instead of having the IC champ in the money in the bank. Have him actually defend the title at Wrestlemania. There have been some classic IC title bouts at wrestlemania.  rant smoking

Couldn't agree more. Plus a tag division helps top guys who don't have a feud. Just throw some guys together. Remember Yokozuna and Owen for example. They could do that now with say Kennedy & Kofi. I think Umaga is one who could be a tag champ with the right partner. Heck even guys like Kane could profit from Tag Action.

I don't understand why the IC or tag titles wont be defended at Mania. its just stupid.

Retirement Match
Randy Savage vs. Ultimate Warrior
WrestleMania VII March 24, 1991

Isn't this the match that started all the later "Kick Out Of Finishers" matches at mania. I think this was like the longest squash match history disguised as a classic.

I enjoyed the match, it was a good back and forth battle early on between Warrior talking to his "Gods" and Savage nailing about 7 consecutive elbow drops it was entertaining fare for the era, and the classic save by Liz after Sherri lost it with Savage made a wonderful 'Mania moment.

I did enjoy their Summerslam '92 encounter as well, very underated, only let down by the finish.

WWE up until this DVD release have pretty much pretended Savage doesn't exist, Vince still has problems with him, nobody knows why, although there is always that classic Urban Myth  hihi

You do know that at other wrestling sites... Steam vs. Flair is often treated like the "Holy Grail" of wrestling matches.

It's like "This I Love" before "Chinese Democracy" got released... as amazing as it is, watching it could never live up to the hype you read.

- Apparently WWE has chosen to hang onto Sim Snuka because he is among the many names being considered for an announcing position on the new WWE Superstars on WGN show.

Kung Fu Naki, DJ Gabriel & Hacksaw Jim Duggan vs Paul Burchill and Hawkins & Ryder.
