Finally got to see Survivor Series

Worst PPV of a terrible, terrible, terrible year for WWE

Every match was an unmitigated disaster

...and how did the Koslov/Triple H match NOT even in a DQ?!

I'm one bad ppv from ditching WWE altogether and just reading the write ups,

WWE was pronouced dead this week.

Kane needs to go back to the Dentist gimmick he had years ago. Why you ask cause it couldn't be any worse then it is now for him.

Isaac Yankem?  No I don't think being Lawler's Dentist again can even save him, without his mask and fake hair st an extremely white bald guy, He doesnt have the tools to be able to sell a monster image.  HELL I think Kane was better when he didnt talk or WHEN HE NEEDED A DILDO RUBBING HIS THROAT TO TALK, better then the guy we see laughing and what not and jobbing to Rey, why not let him and Undertaker go at it at a WM Career Ending Match, have kane loose and bring him back as the NEW RINGMASTER, new make over and he could be the NEXT RINGMASTER

Lol, how come we spend so much time talking about Kane? hihi

I used to love Kane - even though his jobbing is nothing new

He had such a great gimmick...

...then he got that that crappy mask and started doing spineroonees

...time for the pink slip match

I loved that Miz n' Morrison bit with Festus after the match on SD. hihi. Plus, Festus got me 12 points in the WWE game for a change Shocked

And is it just me or have they not given us a proper explanation as to why Edge and Vickie are all lovely and happy again?

Because all wounds heel over time in wrestling.

Remember when Angle got "nasty" with Sharmell.....Booker doesn't.  Or when Nash beat down Booker when they kicked him out of nWo "WWE"....Booker doesn't.

And HBK got over that lil beef he and Triple H had you know, when he chucked him into a car window, nailed him with a sledgehammer putting him back in a wheelchair.

Let's not forget Angle going down to the ball game and spying on Sting's kid.  Oh and Snitsky's foot fetish, when did he get over that?  Does being a heel mean you don't have the odd comedy fetish or two.

As for Kane.  Release him.  TNA grab him.  They debut Cain, Abyss' Bro! Woo!  That'll be interesting for at least a week or two  Grin

Now that you mention it, I suppose JR did forgive Kane for setting him on fire.

Speaking of time healing all wrestling related wounds, reminded me of this which I thought was quite funny.

U want explanations in wrestling?

How about Stephanie faking a pregnancy

...getting a divorce

...and then married with kids with Triple H

...and then having no connection with Triple H at all?

Its all I can do to remember which wrestling ''reality' we're in...

Kane and Undertaker brothers this week?

Indeed, they could compete in a ''jobbers challenge''

Each man must fight, and lose, every week for a year with a brief period where they are a ''monster''

I can't believe it has been 3 posts since KANE was even mentioned. In my opinion his big downfall began around the TIme he did that movie as a serial killer. I remember the WWE interviews he did where he was trying to stay in character stating how both his mind and the character in the movie he was playing were both twisted creeps. I remember thinking to myself how cheesy it seemed, and don't get me wrong I love cheesy horror movies, but come on man Trying to due an interview for your movie while being the Kane character of WWE? How can anyone take it serious.

Best bet would be for WWE to take him off TV for awhile or move him to ECW and make him even more INSANE. ECW could use another big dumb heal.

Otherwise atleast Make KANE grow a beard.

They should just do a disfiguration storyline with him where someone hits him with a car or smashes a glass vase or something into his face, causing him to have to return to wearing his old mask.

This time they would build him up and use him as a legit monster, not a jobber.

Just an idea, lol.

Three weeks ago I sat down and watched a full episode of TNA iMPACT. I'd never properly watched the show in years because I was sick of the same old run ins, bizzare gimmick matches, storylines, and the overall layout of the program from the way it was written to the way it was presented.

I must say, with this Main Event Mafia storyline going on, I found it interesting so I decided to give iMPACT another chance. I've really enjoyed it this last few weeks as they're slowly building this huge angle and aren't rushing into things. They've got a good variation of "old timers" that in the long run are going to help the younger talent. The backstage segments look a hell of a lot better than the WWE ones and the iMPACT zone looks incredible. Everything looks more colourful and professional, and hell, Bravo doesn't even take as many breaks as it did. Add to this that that Nash and Steiner are at their best in years. (Nash has gotten into his best shape in about 7-8 years and Steiner actually looks like he's enjoying what he's doing for once) Angle fits the spokesperson role for the Mafia perfectly and the way Sting doesn't get involved in the beatdowns works to their advantage as it gives him a real Godfather like aura or if they ever want to make another program of Sting turning on the group (which they probably will eventually) they could use this to point out that Sting was never fully committed. There are so many possibilities with the MEM members alone.

Rhyno (with the help of Team 3D) leading the war with TNA Front-line is also a good fit especially with their old ECW tie ins. It is also made good TV with Brother Ray and D-von siding with Rhyno and pals. The whole storyline will likely result with AJ eventually winning the TNA World Title from Sting and then the inevitable Samoa Joe heel turn with those two fueding with the belt while all hell breaks loose bewteen members of Front-Line and Mafia. Add in some memorable segments and some exciting wrestling action which TNA specialise and this storyline will surely be one to remember.

I also like the conflicts between Foley and Alex Shelly which I'm sure will give us a hell of a match or two down the road. Foley looks to be getting into ring shape again as he's constantly losing weight since joining TNA. With Jarrett at the sidelines and TNA implementing Foley as the authority figure it gives the program a fresh feel, and has the opportunity to implement a number of different concepts.

On a small random note I'm also loving TNA's "Cross The Line" campaign (which is a positive counterpart to the shabby WWE Universe) and their cool new iMPACT theme.

So after years of struggling it looks as if TNA is finally on the right track to be proper competition to WWE. Well, I guess TNA is already the number one wrestling show in the world since WWE had withdrew all references to "wrestling" and inserted references with "entertaining" and referring to their talent as "entertainers."   Tongue

I also saw where their rating climbed up to a 1.1

Ratings mean squat

Ratings obsession turned WWE audiences into some kind of Republican day care

With TNA it feels very intimate - the fans really matter to everyone, its not about the money - because the money isnt there

I want TNA to grew - but i never want it to become a ''businesss'', Jeff Jarrett says he created the firm to give talented wrestlers a chance and I believe him

TNA is excellentthese days - the tension between the veterans and the 'young lions' is genuine - and when Kurt Angle is in a match where he could be fired - everything is so convincing - i almost believe it to be true....

Thats what WWE needs - some danger, some controversy - some......attitude
