On the heels of WWE ending their affiliation with Ohio Valley Wrestling, they have released Al Snow, who was a long-time trainer in OVW.

Do you think if it was put on FOX that the wwe would feel more pressure to make it a better show since it would be on one of the "prime" networks? Would Smackdown become the "A" show because of pressure to not have it axed?  smoking

WWE needs to scrap Smackdown - move the (few) good stars to Raw then do Raw twice a week

Between Raw, Smackdown and ECW there are (just) enough wrestlers for a really good show...instead of one good show and 2 awful shows....

My first thought was that Vince would somehow combined SD and ECW into maybe just the ECW brand and package that as a two hour a week show to Sci Fi.  Then you would have the ECW and the WWE. or something like that.


I can't see it on Fox or NBC as the last few times the WWE was on Saturday night NBC it got terrible ratings. I think it was in primetime the first time and did so bad they push it back to like 11pm. 

CW? maybe this is just a ploy for Vince to get more from the CW Network.

SCi Fi? I can't see a network like Sci Fi running two different wrestling shows a week.

Spike? Maybe vince is looking to kill TNA and give Spike a huge deal to bring WWE back to Spike, and spike could get better ratings with WWE over TNA.

USA? Maybe I could see them look to add a second show as its USA best show.


I think the probalby list looks like

CW- 1st
Sci-FI (combined ECW/SD) - 2nd
USA - (adding them to their roster ) 3rd
Spike TV - 4th

NBC and Fox last

ESPN NEVER, they would NEVER show a "fake" sport

i thought that one of the reasons that UPN and WV merged because before CW i never was able to watch SD because i didn't get UPN


i think they should get rid of smack down and bring back saterday night main event on NBC yes

I havent watched SD in 6 weeks


I use to watch it for JBL's commentating

Now its almost reaching WCW Thunder status for me.



TNA is getting really really hard to watch now also which concerns me. I use to watch every moment of every broadcast but here lately its getting super super bad.
