I've said it  before and I'll say it again...the WWE desperately needs some factions....I dont think WWE was any bigger when they had DX 2000 with HHH,Pac,RD,BG,Steph and RUN DMC did there music....They need something else like that...and I prefer WWE with Steph and Shane around

Bah! That's just a lame Jim Ross excuse.? Even before the injury crisis and susenpsions there was no sense of any proper stables.? They only decent (Long lasting one...) in recent years we have had has been Evolution, and even that was flawed because they never bothered creating a stable to oppose them.? They complain the roster is so big they have to split things into brands and now they complain the rosters are to thin, they are because they have "Rosters" rather than a "Roster".? 12 months ago i said ending the brand split wouldn't work because things were way to packed, but now, especially considering they have 5 hours of tv time a week and a 1 hour internet show would be easy.? Especially if they fired the crap.

missing a few no? lashley is the main event when he gets back, where is Gregory Helms? - he should be main event too by now.
and those divas - half will be fired soon as always happens when the new diva competition ends and like they all get a job even though lost.

should include a must hire - like from ovw or other independents.
Paul Birchill!!!! what a dumb move to cut him down to OVW - caught his c4 flip move on youtubing - awesome - that alone should get him main event status ..that and his european record

Women's title - I think Beth Phoenix is winning this one.

Finlay/Mysterio - I can actually see Finlay winning but who am I kidding? Mysterio will.

Triple H/Umaga - HHHave a guess.

ECW Title - Big Daddy V wins by DQ.

World Title - I doubt they'd have Batista hold the world title for a month. He's winning.

WWE Title - Fuck knows, we don't even know who's in it.

I didn't mention either cos as far as i know neither are due back, Helms' comeback is slated for a fair way into 2008....

We don't know they are keeping the whole thing a surprise in an effort to jack up the buyrate....

Nah, wrestlecrap forum.

Edit: Ah the sig, sorry thought you meant avatar, indeed i did. Cheesy

So for those wanting to know what happened, Vince handed Orton the strap for having taken out Cena, and made him the new champ on the spot.? Triple H came out, challenged him, beat him and won the title.

And then he had to have his match with Umaga and he beat him to retain....

....then Orton has utilised his rematch clause and is about to have a Last Man Standing Match with him....now!

Edit: And now Orton's the WWE Champion  Cheesy

Fairly decent show and a cracking Last Man Standing Match at the end, lots of near falls and such.  Opening match between them was good to as was the 6 Man Tag, and considering who was involved the Punjabi Prison was alright.  ECW match was a waste, Mysterio vs Finlay was cool and a nice bit of heeling it up by Finlay at the end.  Women's title match was short and nobody cared, Trips vs Umaga was alright but was clearly an afterthought with the booking department, Umaga appears to be going down the Kane route as the "Was once unbeatable but isn't that monstorous now." Oh and the Pizza Eating contest was kind of weak, maybe they are getting short on ideas for MVP and Matt Hardy....

Well my impression was the wwe ppvs are looking like a mid of the run raw card at best. Like the matches and what not are about on par with a typical two hour raw from 2 years ago.

Last year when they decided to eliminate the seperate brands having their own ppvs and having all brands on each PPV lead to:

Just about every match being a title match making their title matches less and less special.

Theres no build-up. Besidesone maybe two matches that are not title matches they are no longer building up future talent.  Look at PPV's from 5-10 years ago and PPVs were event inwhich superstars roze up and down the ranks, we dont see that anymore. The only ECW match we ever get on any PPV is just the title match.  They are not building up midcarders or shit.

Why do I have a problem with the lack of building up talent? Because we get into these cases where Edge and Cena get hurt and can't perform and sense the WWE was using them as main events on their TV shows and not building up anyone else, when they are hurt there is a hole that no one can fill.

Back to teh PPV. Why didnt they have MVP/Hardy take on Undertaker/Kane last night? Instead they are going to have it on SD. I mean this is a PPV caliper match. Kane and Undertaker reunite again. Hell of potential instead they have their youngest and brighest SD stars eat Pizza. I have had many pizzas from chicago but I dont want to see anyone eating it on ppv. Unless its that smoking Glamozon Beth.

Both are gone from WWE. I'd say an RVD return is more likely than a Show return but you never know.
