That's the point.. he is a success on his own.. A lot of people have this idea that they just found the guy somewhere and tried to make him a star or soemthing.. The man had big place during the grunge movement, he's a grammy winner prior to this group. We shouldn't hate on those we don't know.. There is a world beyond axl rose so just let the man be,, he is the same that he has always been... A lot of you never even say soemthing constructive like heyI didn't like CB but maybe their second effort as a group will be better, or they did this first album rather fast... I don't like eevry new gnr song but I am dying to hear cd..

At this point VR haters, its not even funny to discuss how far Axl has fallen in style, looks, taste, vocals and reliability since 1993.
Scott Weiland today is a better frontman for Slash than Axl is.

If you don't like his style fine, but don't say that its better than Axl's when Axl doesn't even show up anymore for anything GNR-related. BTW, Scott is an energetic, loud, stylin', rambunctious rock star, and he's sober with a hot wife, which is more than Axl has.

Axl has nothing left except for the few thousand dillusional fans who interpret Madagascar all day. Go to fuckin movies if you want to see Madagascar, go to Africa in the Indian Ocean to see Madagascar. You're never gonna see it on a nu-GNR album because its never coming out.

Damn, Mark n Roses dropped the focking hammer.  I like that Mark.  Good call.  To me, VR is my favorite current band out there.  I think they really appreciate their fans as well.  Everyone here is obviously a GNR fan, or they would have never come to the site.  I did have a focked up dream that Axl and Slash got back together.  That will happen within the next 4 years.  Until then, ROCK ON VR!!!!

august 15th - Axl has NOT moved on.  Sorry.  He's still living in the GnR past, and doing nothing with it.  The other guys from Guns (other than Steven) HAVE chosen to move on and do something different with their lives.  All the more power to them.  How can you even compare Scott to Axl?  That's ridiculous.  This is a new era and a new band that has nothing to do with Axl Rose.  So, get over it.  And, further, I resent the word "fag".  What era are YOU from?
