That's July 1-3, and this time I'm bringing some very special guests: Matt and Scotty from Hookers and Blow for a weekend of H and B "Unplugged". Hookers and Blow have added the follwing dates to their current tour schedule.

June 25: Paladinos, Reseda, CA.
July 8 : Club Vodka, Hollywood, CA. (Troy's B-day Bash)
Aug. 3: The Swallows, San Juan Capistrano, CA. (changed from June 3)

Dizzy Reed's all star band, Starfuckers, will also be appearing at Ten West Bar and Grill in Palmdale, CA, every Wednesday night from July 6th 2005.

That's pretty pathetic (and also insulting to whoever the guest actually is) that the only way they feel they can drum up business is to imply that Axl might show up.

But I don't think Axl minds that the guys do things like this. ?If youze remember that Bowery Ballroom show Tommy did in 2003?, ticket sales weren't going too well, so the morning of the show one of the papers (I believe it was the NY Post) posted a little hiccup about a supposed 'Axl sighting' in town the night before. ?Everybody assumed that he was in town to go see Tommy play. ?Well, it worked. ?That show sold out a couple of hours after the paper hit the newsstands.
