Are Ouija boards actullay that bad ?

I never tried one before , everytime I ask a relative of mine what they're like , they warn me not to use them and friends either say they're cool or nothing happens . I'm just curious , what is everyone's opinion here on them?

Well, spirits are the same.

Spirits only contact mediums if they have something to pass on or if they are not in peace for whatever reason.

THEY contact the living, NEVER the reverse.

They contact people who CAN hear them and who WILL help them.

I have a Ouija Board.  I don't believe that I have ever seriously used it.  My mom bought it awhile back when she was in her teens and wanted to use it with her friends.  It freaked one of her friend's right out and my mom put it back into it's box immediately.

I see no real harm in using it, however.  I don't believe in spirits, or an afterlife.  Anything that comes out of the ouija board (ie - apparent communication) is truly based on another person's imagination.

I remember watching girls 'use' these things in college. They would claim it was moving on it's own. I would always say "Why not let go then and lets watch it fly!?" LOL, they'd never let go of the stupid thing.

I was 14, we used the reverse a glass system, very similar to ouijas anyway.

I was always a believer because i'd always had ghosts around since i was 3, but one guy was adoubter and mocked the whole thing, not knowing something was already in the room.

I never did it again.

Not alone, not with anyone.

Most people doubt or mock until they are actually confronted to things their rationality cannot logically explain, that the church can't explain and that science can't explain.

Then, they explore other territories.

An Ouija board is what you make of it, just like everything else in life.

The bible can be a sacred book, or just a bunch of bound, printed paper.
The Ouija board can be a "tool" or it can be a gameboard.
Tarot Cards can be a tool or they can be printed cardstock

It's the person behind the Ouija board that makes it what it is.  Same way with the reader of the bible, and the tarot card reader.
