I am, my stomach gets bigger and bigger as i drink and eat more and more...
I really should see a Doctor/Midwife to check due dates.

I don't know the gender yet it's only a couple months in.. if it's a boy we'll need to no sonogram

As for sterility, might not be drugs but a little something blocking your canals ? have you been tested ?

No, I've never been tested. But I'm pretty sure its because of the meth I did when I was a teen. If I ever get married, I'll go to the doctor and find out the real reason. But I'd hate to find out for sure that I'm sterile. I'd much rather think I am than have it confirmed. LMAO!

Look, i know it's intimate deary, but let me say something to you straight on :

Do not wait.

Get tested now.

If you are sterile, nevermind.

If your sperm quality ain't good, get the good active ones sorted out from the lazy ones and have them FROZEN and put that in a bank !!

So IF you get married or WHEN you will, you and your wife do not have to worry about that crap.
