Anything is possible, but I don't think the record company denied the album.. They would give axl freedom to do whatever, they can't control him... Just the idea he has the gnr name alone on that album and he can use the whole history to promote cd is why shit on a  stick would sell well..

This theory isn't that far-fetched. I've seen worse theories, thats for sure. When you look at the big picture of the CD saga, it just boggles the mind. Its a much better theory than the one about Axl sitting on "earth shattering" classics but just sits on them with no plans for a release.

Is it possible that Axl is waiting for a 'real time visionary' fan to solve some GNR puzzle before he releases CD? I know it seems like a lame theory at first glance...

A lame theory? Never. I don't know why we didn't think of it earlier. We're so stupid. Clearly, CD isn't going to be released until some "real time visionary fan" decrypts the DaVinci code, the lament configuration, spins around on the spot rubbing their tummy and tapping their head at the same time and then speaks Axl's name, backwards, in front of a mirror. Three times. At midnight.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go murder some children before my head explodes.

This is Ducht for " The Year Will Be Two Thousand And Five" : semag dna nuf tog ew ,elgnuj eht ot emoclew

Really though playing something bacwards isn't the same as just reversing the letters and prounouncing it that way
