Every Rose Has It's Thorns

I recently downloaded this song, "Every Rose Has It's Thorns" on LimeWire, and it is labeled as a Guns N' Roses tune. But I have been looking everywhere online, and I can't find any official information on this song. It sounds like Axl singing. Also, I downloaded a tune so called "Chinese Democracy" - but the lyrics are as follows, "No fire works on 4th of July, only black clouds in the sky; you walked out on me, you walked over me..." and so on. Does anybody have any information on these songs??? Any input is much appreciated, thanks.

Did they also sing and record it... Does the lead singer of Poison sound a bit like Axl?

I've never really heard anyone relate Brett Michaels (the lead singer of posion) to Axl. You're going to find alot of songs on file sharing programs listed as GN'R simply because it's a popular name and most people are clueless about the music they listen to.
