Wah Wah Problems

The on/off switch on my Vox doesn't work and i've no way of getting it fixed... (I bought it from the US) Is there anyway i can turn it on/off while playing?
P.S: Right now i use it with the pedal all the way up, but still...

Ive bought two wah pedals, both fucked up, If the switch is tore up i think u are just fucked, unless someone knows a way to afro engineer it to work.

Did it come fucked up? or did u tear it up from constant playing?

if it arrived messed up Id contact whoever sold it to u.

Yeah, it's second hand and switch was already fucked up and i didn't notice... But i don't want to return it bcoz the wah is great, and getting a decent wah where i live is impossible. (i've to order online).
So i'm lookin for another alternative..

Is it just a wah, or is it some multieffects / amp modelling pedal?

Basic wah technology is not rocket science, and I'm pretty sure you could get a simple on/off switch fixed at a local electronic repair shop. Is the switch stuck, or is it just not working? The wiring could have gotten loose or something really minor.

It's a wah - a Vox V847 Reissue. The switch is not stuck, it doesn't seem to work.... I'm not sure i want to fix it myself. It's too precious to fuck up  . There aren't any loose wires...
