I wouldn't jump off the deep end just yet.  What I've heard from this clip isn't terribly exciting, but then again, it's just a 34 second clip.  Even if the whole song sucks ass, it doesn't mean the band has gone to shit, just that they put out a sub-par song.  No big deal.

Get used to Scott changing his voice and vocal delivery mrlee.  Have you listened to any STP?  He never sounds exactly the same from song to song, much less album to album.  But, like you, i'm not a fan of this clip.

yes  i have listened to STP, but this is VR not STP. I dont want them to change into STP or GNR. Stay VR.

Sounds pretty good to me!! And it doesn't sound like dumb love or Slither to me. Can't really judge it yet, but it's promising IMO.
