i dont know if many of you noticed some of the extra work added into the old songs from that tour, but i hope they stay.

Even though Buckets gone, i really love the work he adds into Nightrain and Welcome To The Jungle  for instence, on the build up after the solo n' shit.? Robins amazing rendition of the November Rain solo's just gets me everytime i hear it drool drool.? Richard's kick arse solo on Think About You? Cool and Brains contribution to Mr. Brownstone and Rocket Queen (i love the high hats he adds into the intro ok)? ? ?,..

Everytime i think of this shit i just get so hyped up from it, THIS is the deffinative Guns N' fuckin' Roses man!!! peace

Plus you dont realize how fast the songs are sped up until you hear em' of the album!!

I think they did a good job at stickin' to the basis of the songs and not fuck with em'.....yet Wink

i think the best they did with any of the old songs was the paradise city outro. it`s so unbelieveable great,  i really want to hear it as soundboard.

Psychologically, you could consider this a reunion tour because I`ve managed to find enough pieces of my mind in order to be with you here tonight - - Axl Rose, Chicago 2002

I just notice a bunch of synth on the AFD songs with the new band. Its not really needed.

PC always had synth and so did a few others songs.

Before all my posts about subjective matters there should be an IMO before the post. I took this sig down but of course it has to go back up.

you'd be talkin' about Rocket Queen as such, the intro has these really cool fx by Chris. Its the same kinda effect as they do to the intro of You Could Be Mine.........i think it kicks mega arse man, i just love it ok

Most others have just piano, but i still dig it!!

yes paradise city have always had a synth outro, but i don't like why gnr use synth so much on 2002 tour!!!
Also some songs are amazing with new band:welcome to the jungle, think about you, live and let die, november rain.
Also we need a real soundboard from that show, not audience soundboard

I actualy like the synth, I think it adds to the songs and gives them a whole new element.? The best part about it is they don't over do it.? Go listen to the begining of November Rain after the piano solo from Pitts. 02 (The best version I've ever heard)

I like new versions as well.

For instance, the drums on the bridge bit of Rocket Queen.

I noticed alot of change, when u hear the end of the intro for rocket queen and when u hear toward the end of welcome to the jungle right before he says U now where u are, they did some shit to make them sound like fucking techno songs. I personally think they sound fucking awesome.  peace
