ohhhhhhhh now i get it!

cool song! i like the whole creepy vibe it has.

the only thing i can think of as a suggestion is that the guitars and keyboard needs to be turned up and the vocals turned down just a bit. maybe its supposed to be like that i dunno 

apart from that its great. i really really like the solo section with the panning and the echoes.

Oddy, thanks for the points, I think I'm going to make the rhythm guitar a little louder.

D, when I wrote this song over the past weekend, it really pushed me the wrap the album up, finally!? So, I have the track list finalized, and all the songs are done except for two.? One just needs some vocal touchups, and the one that I sent you a PM on, still needs most of it's vocals.? But I'm having an artist finish up all the packaging for the album and it shouldn't be very far off.. I'll send you a few copies when it's done!

And D, record some more songs, damnit!  If I get my album out before yours, then I'm gonna fly or drive over there, and start a fight with you, even though you'd kick my ass (judging from your pictures  )

Hey conny - thanks for your feedback.  I should be wrapping up my album very soon, and when I do, I'll post the whole thing for free download, and if I can afford it, I'll send people like you and other's who've been working on music here on HTGTH a copy of the album.

I agree with the others here that you are getting better and better. The musical directions you take are very interesing, sorta like NIN this one. Dig the guitarwork very much, interesting choise of notes! \

Sometimes a bit too spacey alltogether but that's just taste of flavour.

Love the intro, gives more load.

Thanks, man! I received another critique that the song was a little too spacy, especially given the buildup in the intro... so I think I'm going to add a few more touches to it to give it a fuller sound.

i tell you what would put the song into trippy/creepy hyper drive.

record a guitar solo. then put it on the track backwards. yes i know its been done, but those solos are always the trippiest lol........maybe a little.....too trippy.

although i think it may just be a little too much lol its fine how it is.

That's an interesting idea!  I tried it... and it didn't quite work with this particular solo, but it definitely gave off a different vibe.  I'm going to have to try this with some other songs soon.....

yeah you can't just do it to any solo.

it'll only work if you tell your guitar player "this solo's gonna be played backwards" and they play the solo in a way that'd work backwards.

download jimi hendrix's "castles made of sand" for an example of how its done. the solo's done really well, so they sound like super trippy volume fades and stuff.
