Question about a release date

When the release date is announced, will you believe it? Even if it comes from Geffen/Interscope/Sanctuary or even from Axl himself? Do you guys remember the false hope in 1991? Remember when Geffen announced it was definitely coming out in May? Then it got pushed back to July. Of course the band finally came through and released it in September. Could this happen again? Or will the record company make sure Axl is ready before announcing anything?

If Axl himself says something then I'll believe it.  Him resleasing a statement is such a rare occurrence that if it were to happen I'd believe it.

Thats exactly right.  Axl has never given a "specific" release date.  When he starts doing press again, I believe the hype will be so big, we will see GNR everywhere.  Thats when I think we all will believe it.  There will be no doubt.  Axl can't afford another screw-up.

I wont believe it till Im actually listening to it, I can js imagine it coming out,me taking it home, and then opening it and instead of a cd theres Axl giving me the finger.
