The only working out which I do is jogging. I find that music with a strong, uptempo beat is ideal - helps me maintain a good pace.
Punk, Funk and New Wave songs do the job for me.

I have GNR Paradise City, YCBM, SCOM, and Perfect Crime, Wolfmother 'Woman' and I Wanna Be Sedated by the Ramones on my ipod for workout. Blast through that lot and trust me you are ready to collapse by the end of it!
