If original GNR reformed and neither Sorum or Adler came back, who on drums?

I hate to point this out, but even if Sorum joined, it wouldn't really be the original Guns would it?

It would be the slightly-less-new Guns N' Roses..

I think it's fairly clear from my first post on this thread - youre right not totally original line up but pretty close. I honestly feel that if Axl and Slash (with hopefully Duff and Izzy) reunited in some capacity, neither Adler or Sorum would be considered feasible options, so hence the question, who?

Sorry if this not an approriate place to post this, but I thought this is worthy of discussion somewhere.

Lets say that GNR (original) reform for an album and tour at some point down the line. I don't think Adler would cut the mustard in all fairness, I feel theyd be dubious to bring him back in the fold. As for Sorum, I think he's permanantly burned his bridges with Axl and I get the feeling Izzy doesn't rate his style as well. Lets say they recruit another drummer altogether. Who would it be or who would you like it to be? Brain? Josh Freese? Personally Id love to see Stephen Perkins from Janes Addiction or Dave Grohl

What do you guys think?

Well, that's your opinion. But I dont like to hear those great old songs played by some band which has nothing to do with Guns n' Roses anymore. Except the lead singer. But if it goes that way, VR is more GnR than Axl's band. But yeah, nevermind.

Without one of the original drummers, it's not original GnR!

Without Steven, the one and only original drummer, it would not be original GN'R.  Sorum was a replacement (and very replaceable in my view).
